industry is dedicated to replacing roofs as opposed to maximizing the life of an owner's roof through
programmed maintenance.
Roofs are by far the most neglected area of the building envelope. If an owner does venture onto the roof, it is
usually to check for a leak. Once they confirm that the roof is still there, they pick up the yellow pages and call
the company with the largest display ad.
At Comprehensive Roof Maintenance, we believe there is a better way to approach the roofing equation. Our
approach is defined by inspection, documentation, verification, budgeting, and cost analysis. We maintain the
history of the roof asset in a format that any owner, facilities engineer, or board member can pick up and relate
to now or in the future. This approach forms the basis upon which good future roofing decisions can be made.
